Outside my window... sunny and 84 degrees.

I am thinking... I'm not thinking of anything...

I am thankful for... warm, sunny days. ☼

I am wearing... a pink tank top and capris.

I am remembering... how much fun I had with my cousin on Easter.

I am creating… nothing right now.

I am going... maybe to the library

I am reading... "Beginnings" by Kim Vogel Sawyer

From the learning rooms… Bible, Math, Language Arts, Spelling, Reading, etc.

Pondering these words... My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth. He will not let your foot slip - he who watches over you will not slumber.... The Lord...will watch over your coming and going both now and forevermore. PSALM 121:2-5,7,8 NIV

From the kitchen… chicken sandwiches and soup. YUMMY!!

Around the house...  my schoolwork and my mom cleaning papers out of the desk

One of my favorite things: going outside and enjoying the nice weather!

A few plans for the rest of the week: maybe the library tonight, going outside, groceries on Thursday, and church on Sunday.

For Today… March 29, 2010

Outside my window... Raining and in the low 50's.

I am thinking... that Easter is this Sunday and I am excited!!! ☺

I am thankful ... that I live in a dry house and don't have rain dripping on my head. Ha Ha

I am wearing... my pajamas and white socks.

I am remembering... the trip my family took on Saturday.

I am creating… nothing right now.

I am going... no where until Tuesday.

I am reading... "Beginnings" by Kim Vogel Sawyer which is the sequel to "Bygones." Very good books!

I am hoping... that the weather is nice for Easter.

From the learning rooms… Bible, Math, English, Spelling, Reading, etc.

Pondering these words... Spring is God thinking in gold, laughing in blue, and speaking in green.

From the kitchen… Salmon patties, Mac & Cheese, and Mixed Vegetables. YUM!

Around the house... preparations for Easter.

One of my favorite things: reading books.

A few plans for the rest of the week: haircuts on Tuesday, groceries on Thursday, and church on Sunday.

For Today… Tuesday, March 16, 2010

Outside my window... right now it is cloudy, but the sun is trying to peek through. I love the sun! It has been cloudy and rainy for five days!

I am wearing... my red snowflake pajamas.

I am going... no where until we get groceries on Thursday.

I am reading... for school, "Banner in the Sky" and "The Good Master."

I am hoping... that it doesn't get cold again until next winter!

From the learning rooms… history, literature, English, math (my least favorite!), computer, piano, Bible, etc.

Noticing that... there are only about 2-1/2 more weeks until Easter.

Pondering these words... "The Lord is compassionate and gracious, slow to anger, abounding in love." Psalm 103:8 NIV

From the kitchen… we are having "breakfast" for supper tonight!

Around the house... we are beginning to get out our spring and Easter decorations.

One of my favorite things: springtime 

A few plans for the rest of the week: groceries on Thursday, church on Sunday--then who knows what else?? Hopefully it will involve being outside! :)

For Today… Tuesday, March 9, 2010

Outside my window... it is very sunny. It looks like a spring day. Today it is supposed to reach 62 degrees. Yay!

I am thinking... that I'm glad it's going to be nice out today. I am looking forward to spring!

I am wearing... my pajamas, but later I will put on a t-shirt, jeans, and socks.

I am going... no where until Thursday afternoon. I have a doctor's appointment that day (for my allergies) and then later we will get groceries for the week.

I am reading... for school--"The Good Master" and "Banner in the Sky."

I am hoping... that it doesn't get cold anytime soon. And, no more snow! I'm tired of snow--although I never thought that would be possible.

From the learning rooms… math, English, Bible, literature, history, piano, computer skills, etc.

Noticing that... there are only 11 more days until the first day of spring! ☺

Pondering these words... "I will lie down and sleep in peace, for you alone, O Lord, make me dwell in safety." Psalm 4:8 NIV

 From the kitchen… we will be having leftover vegetable soup for supper--yum!♥

Around the house... my brother and I will be doing our schoolwork for the day.

One of my favorite things: warm weather, and being able to be outside in it.

A few plans for the rest of the week: a doctor's appointment on Thursday, groceries on Thursday, car appointment on Saturday, church on Sunday--and going outside every chance I can get!

Outside my window... It is getting dark out.

I am thankful for... Jesus!

I am wearing... a black Tinker Bell shirt, jeans, and socks.

I am remembering... when my aunt came and spent the night this past Friday and Saturday.

I am creating… nothing

I am going... no where tonight.

I am reading... "Where the Heart Leads" by Kim Vogel Sawyer

I am hoping... that Spring will come soon!

From the learning rooms… Math, English, Bible, Spelling, Reading, etc.

Noticing that... that the snow is melting.

Pondering these words... I will hide in God, who is my rock and my refuge. He is my shield and my salvation, my refuge and high tower. 2 Samuel 22:3

From the kitchen… for supper we had hot dogs and french fries.
