Anything frozen or out of a can--lol

2. What is one item you won't leave home without. (Purse and license do not count.)
 Lipgloss---a girl's best friend. :-)

3. Where is one place you never tire of visiting?
Ohio Amish Country, because I like the country scenery and it's peaceful. I love being around the Amish!

4. Share one factoid of your family's history.
One of my Great-Grandfather's was killed by a team of runaway horses.

5. Complete this sentence: "Once upon a time I ...."
 wore pig-tails and watched "Winnie the Pooh" everyday.

6. If you could win a one year's supply of anything, what would it be?
lipgloss!

7. "One quirky thing you may not know about me is ...."
I can almost touch my nose with my tongue--lol!

 8. You have one dollar in your pocket. What will you buy?
What can you buy for a dollar? Maybe more lipgloss! :-)

9. "One thing that always makes me laugh is ...."
  When my dog howls---which is almost everyday!

10. What is one thing you could do today to help yourself reach a personal goal?
Keep a list of everything I need to do---and do it. :-)

11. What is one thing you could do today to bless someone else?
Help around the house without being asked.

12. What is one thing you're looking forward to soon?
My brother's graduation party, because all my friends and family are going to be there and it's going to be.....FUN!!!

For Today… May 10, 2010

Outside my window... Sunny and 64 degrees.

I am thinking... that I can't wait until Summer!!!

I am thankful for... warm, sunny days!

I am wearing... a purple and white striped shirt, jeans, and pink and white socks.

I am reading... I'm reading a book called "I Am David" in school.

I am hoping... that I'll be able to go outside today.

From the learning rooms… Math, English, Reading, Spelling, Computer, Piano, History, etc.

Pondering these words... "Love is the reason behind everything God does." by unknown

From the kitchen… for supper we are having: chicken sandwiches and soup. :p

Around the house... doing our schoolwork, my mom is working on my brother's graduation display.

One of my favorite things: watching movies

A few plans for the rest of the week: eye doctor's appointment tomorrow, groceries on Thursday, church picnic on Saturday, and church on Sunday.

1 box powdered "Willing to get up when I should"

1 bottle "Keep sunny all day long"

Mix well and bake in a hearty warm oven and serve to Mother everyday. She likes it in BIG SLICES!

♦ Ten Things Tuesday ♦

Kathy at Reflections By Kathy is hosting "Ten Things Tuesday." Here is my list of my ten favorite things about spring:

1. The birds singing and building their nests. We have a robin and a cardinal nest in our pear tree. It's their little apartment building :)

2. Planting flowers in the yard and watching them bloom. I like the different colors.

3. The different shades of green when the leaves are coming out on the trees.

4. When the weather starts getting warmer and I don't have to wear a jacket anymore.

5. Wearing flip flops.

6. The smell of freshly mowed grass.

7. Going on picnics with my family.

8. Being able to go outside more.

9. Wild flowers growing along the roadside.

10. Our library's Spring used book sale. I like finding mystery books and movies.

Outside my window...  partly cloudy and a high of 76 degrees.

I am thinking... about how much I LOVE my dad and mom!

I am thankful for... being born into a Christian home!

I am wearing... a t-shirt and capris.

I am creating… nothing right now.

I am going... shopping for Mother's Day tonight.

I am reading... nothing right now.

I am hoping... that it doesn't rain anymore today.

On my mind... that it's really starting to feel like summer.

From the learning rooms… Math, Spelling, Bible, History, Poetry, U.S. Presidents, Geography, etc.

Noticing that... Only one more month of school! YAY!

From the kitchen… Hamburger Helper, Beets, and Corn. YUMMY! :p

Around the house... doing school, and our kitchen was finished being painted over the weekend and we are getting everything back in order.

A few plans for the rest of the week: Going shopping tonight, Groceries on Thursday, going outside, and church and Mother's Day on Sunday.
